You'll have private use of the pool, garden and laundry facilities. The pool is 7ft x 7ft square. It's a small chill-out, sit, relax and socialise pool. Just perfect to cool-off in the hot Barbados sunshine.

Pets live on the property: 2 dogs, 1 cat and 1 tortoise (all on our side – although the cat may pay you a friendly visit).
Potential for noise: This is a residential area and property. A level of domestic and residential noise is expected at times. Monkeys, birds, whistling frogs, dogs, mowing of gardens.

Air Conditioning Extra: @ US$0.88 per hour (based on an avg. 8 hour use = US$7 a day), an advance payment every 3 days is required. A/C units have a meter reading device and calculate the time used by the cost per KWh. Any difference to be paid or reimbursed. Please Note: The apartments are very cool and breezy and include standing fans - it's unlikely you'll need A/C.
